Patrick is a regular campaigner in the Chippenham area, from local council by-elections to the 2024 General Election. This has lead to him standing as a candidate in the upcoming elections in May 2025, standing in Sheldon where he has lived his entire life.
His role in the CCA is the Young Conservative Officer, engaging Chippenham's youth in local politics. This coincides with him studying A-Levels at Sheldon School, allowing local connections to young people.
Chippenham Constituency YC's are a party movement for under 26s, including all members of the Conservative Party of this age.
YC Members also have the opportunity to get involved in campaign activity to raise awareness of issues, garner support and gauge local opinion from the public on subjects that matter to them.
Outside of the local party, Patrick takes part in a Youth Engagement programme with Wiltshire Police to improve transparency in the force. He also regularly uses the Olympiad Leisure Centre.
