A Conservative councillor has described the actions of Liberal Democrat-led Chippenham Town Council as “deplorable” in a dispute over Winter Fuel Payments (WFP).

The Wiltshire Times have published an article following the Liberal Democrats failing to act to support the vulnerable residents of Chippenham.
