After years of dedicated service to our community, Cllr Peter Hutton has announced his decision to stand down.

In his time as councillor, Peter has been an unwavering advocate for our community, always willing to listen, support, and work tirelessly for the greater good. His impact will be felt for years to come, and we are deeply grateful for all that he has given.

"I wanted to formally announce my decision not to seek re-election in the May 2025 local council elections.
I have been privileged and honoured to have represented the division of Cepen Park and Derriads from 2009-2021 and Cepen Park and Hunters Moon from 2021-2025, for the past 16 years.
I will still be your Councillor until May 2025 and will continue to represent and support you and hope to see many of you before I finish.
I will be supporting my colleague, Michael Owen with his campaign to become your local Councillor in May 2025."
